Being fulfilled by working with children in a non-profit organization for over 10 years I never expected a career change, but an opportunity to move to Charleston began an exciting new chapter for me. I grew up as a tomboy, and a love for working with my hands in construction grew in the shadow of my older brother, as well as parents who supported me in whatever I set out to do. I had an opportunity to work full time as a construction worker, and found that I absolutely loved working on a house from start to finish and the opportunities and challenges each day offered. As the house was wrapping up, a friend passed my name along to Steve. From my first glance of Structures Building Company and my initial conversation with Steve, I prayed for the privilege of being a part of this outstanding team. Their reputation, integrity, and craftsmanship were evident, and I knew I'd be proud to take part. My love for learning new and challenging things, multi-tasking and high energy opportunities have found a perfect home at Structures. I truly feel that God has blessed me by allowing me to be a part of such an amazing family.
