Review our HouseSimple plan portfolio and identify a plan and possible design changes. Step 2.  Structures prepares a Ballpark Estimate based on the input received during Step 1. Step 3.  Letter of Intent is signed. Step 3.  Plan changes are made. Step 4.  Selections are made. Step 5.  Structures prepares a Final Budget. Step 6.  Contract signed and ready to proceed with the construction process.
