We are proud to have been awarded the Charleston Home Builder Association award for Best Custom Home Builder as well as the Grand Prism Award for Excellence in Customer Service. We’ve worked hard to put together an approach to custom building that is professional, responsive and efficient.

If you already are working with an architect on a custom home design, I encourage you to contact us to set up an interview. We not only enjoy participating in the design process, but we can also offer insights into design decisions that can impact costs. By including us early in the design process, we can prepare budgets so that you know early on whether you are meeting your budget goals. Only after we are comfortable with each other and your budget would we enter into a contract to build your home.

Of course, if you have not yet selected an architect, we can help you assemble a list of architects to interview. Or you may want to look at our very effective Design/Build service. We can also assist you with your lot selection. We are well versed in the restrictive covenants of the neighborhoods we build, as well as specific setbacks, easements and flood zone classifications of individual lots. All of these items impact design and project cost.
