Structures Building company voluntarily subscribes to the Guild Quality Rating System. This exclusive service is provided independently and offers the public a rating of each participating home builder.

Upon completion of the home building process each home owner is surveyed and rates their experience with their builder on a multiple list of criteria. In the Charleston area there are over 37 local builders that participate in the Guild Quality Rating System. Structures Building Company is one of only three that have achieved the GuildMaster Status. This status is achieved and maintained through consistently high ratings from previous home owners.
